#64.) Just finished putting together a jazzy little Christmas card. I am only sending out 12 of them. I do not really understand how some people send out over 100. Some lady printing hers up before me had 125 being printed up. I would like to send out a good 25 next year.

#22.) So my lovely girlfriend just moved in with me and while she was signing her part of the lease and reading it over, the agent forgot to detach the credit report for myself, moon and ash's dad. Being the curious cat that she is, Ash took a peek see at our credit scores.
My credit score as of Dec 1, 2009 is 796
Thank you baby cakes for helping me out with this one you sly devil.

#20.) November is done so I was able to figure out if I had made a profit for the month and I did. Making profit in November puts me a 6 months for the year 2009! I made a profit in Nov, Oct, Aug. Jun. Apr and Mar. Although it isnt on this list, I would like to try to make a profit for 8 months in 2010. Let's hope NLS starts bringing in some descent cash.

#63.) Amonst this whole family tree research project I have been working on, I have gotten in touch with a ridiculous amount of family members. Although I would like to count this towards number 63 on my list, I do have to take into consideration that number 63 states that I need to get a hold of family members that "I have lost touch with". 99% of the people I have contacted are family members that I never was in touch with.

I did however get a hold of my cousin Jimmy. I was getting information about the Crawford side of my family and have emailed him numerous times. I remember when I was younger, Jimmy used to take my sisters and I around and I remember it being a lot of fun. It was cool to get up with him again.
Here is a photo us all the Hamilton kids with Nanny and

37.) I finally finished my first book, "Night Life Success-Turn your Nightlife into a Fortune"! I had most of it written out for the past few months butt in between moves I did not have access to it. Finally I got back on track and polished it off. Just came back from Office Max about 5 minutes ago after getting it printed up and spiral bound. Cost me $15 and we will see how much money it brings me.

#92.) Mi madre bought my a new desk for my new house. It is a pretty jazzy corner desk that we picked up for like 70 bucks. It was the floor model and we had some 30 year dude with acne help us put it in the car but we got a great price on it since it was the floor model. Saved money and didnt have to put it together. I would say it is a win-win

Still contemplating adding to my current bedroom set but the desk was a necessity.

#56.) I cannot believe I forgot to update this after I attended Ross and Taylor's wedding. It is funny because shortly after I finished writing this list, I was invited to about 4 weddings. Not only have I been invited, butt I have been asked to be in the wedding party for most of them. I still have my cousin John's wedding in May and Kenny's wedding next August.

#5.) Went to get my teeth cleaned yet again yesterday. I got a crazy new toothbrush with some tongue and cheek cleaner on the backside which is probably my favorite part of this dentist trip.

#41.) I can't be stopped! After finishing up Think & Grow Rich and getting my mind in a great state, I feel as if television does nothing for me. Instead I picked up my grandfather's 4th book 'The Edge at Beachy Head' and finished it in about an hour and a half. Now lets hope I put this motivation to good use.
#43.) Just finished reading Napoleon Hill's 'Think & Grow Rich' for the second time around. Apparently anybody who is successul that I have come in contact with has read this book at one point or another. Even if you are not looking to become filthy rich or anything crazy, this book is great to read to examine yourself and where your life is at.

The first time I read this book, I did not have many concrete goals in mind. After reading it, I saw how important it is to have a definate goal with a definate time period just like this 101 list. I have put together a goal list and vision board in my head and figured I should read this again after having definate goals. I do plan on reading this again in the future.

#99.) I set up a budget for my expenses on www.mint.com. This site organizes your finances and shows you where you can save and better budget your money. For those of you who know me know that I like to be very organized and might even know that I have kept track of every cent I have spent since Feb 2004. This site automatically tracks my expenses through all of my accounts and outlines everything with graphs and charts.

To set my budget, I used the average of several different categories from the first 6 months of this year and all of last year. For an example, this year I average $113.40 on food/groceries and $169.33 in 2008 on food/groceries. I set my budget at $120 and will get an email alert when I go over that budget for that category.

I only set budgets for categories that I can control. My utilities, rent, and car expenses stay the same for the most part and I cannot keep track of how much hot water I need to be using.

#63.) I did not email a family member butt I did call one. I got a hold of my biological grandmother who lives out in Arizona. I think it has been about 12 years since I last talked to her. I am not used to people telling me how deep my voice has gotten. I am actually trying to plan a trip out there and go over some family photos to help fill out my family tree.

#41.) My grandfather just released his 7th book which was about his mother's side of the family. I read it today and got to fill in some blanks on finishing my family tree on the SPRUNG side of the family.

#42.) Just finished a pretty short book but very informative on short sales.
Michael Citron's "The Art of the Short Sale". It explains how to put together a well developed package to send into the banks on the borrower's behalf and while I was taking my notes on the book, I kept mentioning 'my package' which i would laugh at each time.
(My package needs to be very detailed. My packaged should be organized. My package will be very big because it will include many documents. etc.)

#43.) I actually finished reading Ross's book about a week ago but forgot to list it. It was a very motivational book on trying to convince somebody to get into real estate. It did not try to upsell anything and was very blunt and honest about the business which most books do not seem to be that way. It was a good read though and the cover of the book is aweesooommmeee....

http://www.patentcopyrighttrademarkblog.com/loopholes.jpg

#19.) By reading this book, I also have accomplished #19 on my list and learned about tax loopholes for my business and future businesses.

Summaries Begin

Friday June 12, 2009

I figured that I can start keeping everyone up to date with how my 101 in 1,001 list is going. Here is what you have missed:

2.) I am actually on my 5th month of not drinking soda so I have far exceeded this goal.

4.) Got me a new set of glasses. The last time i did that was over ten years ago. Both the doctor and the nurse laughed at my last set of thick green frames.

10.) This one was surprisingly easy. I think it was because I knew once I farted in front of Ashley, I would have to start the 30 days all over again. So I was determined to get this one out of the way so she would have to wait until my next list.

13.) My mommy got me a new IPod for Christmas so I was able to get all my music onto one of the two IPods that I own.

15.) I made a stop to the salvation army with a huge pile of clothes. They weren't open so I left it at the gate. It rained about an hour later so I hope poor people like moldy smelling clothes.

21.) I started an online savings account with my current bank so I am halfway on this step.

23.) For years now, I have recorded every cent i have spent and made. It was about time I was able to create an Excel document for this so I didnt have to do the math at the end of every month.

30.) Had me pops pick me up a nice blue acoustic guitar as a late christmas gift. Playing it is not on my list so I shall keep it in the corner to look good.

44.) In Kyoto, Japan Moon and I stayed at a really nice 4 star hotel. On their room booklets, they kept mentioning a full body massage for only $45/hr. After a whole day of touring around I thought this to sound like a great idea. A little old japanese lady shows up at my door not speaking a word of english. It was fun having her try to explain how I was supposed to lay down. For a 200 year old lady, she massaged the hell outta my body. (nothing gross...it was a clean hotel)

52.) Got my passport for Japan

54.) I was excited to get together my IGoogle butt I am surprised at how many stupid things I like better than the things I use. I seem to have a page full of funny cat photos.

68.) You want beard??

71.) I junked some old school ska music that was great when I was 15 butt it was time to upgrade to some new music.

74.) I went ahead and spent the extra few bucks to make all the lightbulbs energy saving ones. I do not notice any difference in my electric bill butt I still feel that I did good for Miss. Mother Nature.

81.) Moon and I visited Ueno Park Nature & Sciences Museum in Tokyo, Japan
