#87.) So for mother's day this year I really wanted to get my mom a nice professional studio photo of my sisters and I. What I had in mind was for us to get semi-dressed up and smile nice. Mother wanted nothing of the sort and said she wanted us to look how she remembers us which is not all posed and formal.....which is awesome and why I love my mommy. So we tried taking some crazy photos butt this photographer was a little square. (I would just like to note that I have never referred to somebody as "square" butt it sounds kinda funny so I might start using that-or L7 weeny) He told us that he was the one doing these shots because he can be creative and very informal and that he is crazy. Right away he had us posed in a typical KMart family photo session. We made some fun out of it and have some pretty descent pictures though.
Here is a sample from some of the ridiculousness:

#85.) About an hour ago my old computer monitor sold for $28 big ones. I am still kinda unsure how this whole shipping thing works butt I put it at $19.95. I am hoping it doesn't cost that much at all because I will have made a little more money on the monitor. Hopefully this all runs smooth cuz I have a butt load of other stuff that I wouldn't mind selling.

I have been at this list for well over a year now and I do not think my progress has been too bad at all. I always look at opportunity to complete another thing on this list and having it always on my mind has helped me out with some decisions and has led me to be productive in areas I normally would pass over. Throughout this last year there have been some changes in my life where some of the things on this list are goals I no longer wish to achieve. Mainly I have parted ways from Lazyday.com and in that I have lost interest in pursuing any type of career in graphic design work. At the time, I owned my own graphics company (See Eye Graphics) and was able to keep a steady clientèle through the nightlife industry with club flyers and such. Anything past that I have come to realize is something I hate doing. I hate having to force creativity...I hate listening to other peoples' shitty ideas...and I hate constantly having to learn new techniques about a hobby I lost interest in. With those thoughts in mind, I will be taking a mulligan or two or three from my list and scratch them off with an asterisk.
#27.) *I no longer wish to learn Adobe Flash
#38.) *I no longer wish to do graphics work for 5 people that I do not know
#39.) *I no longer wish to submit and win a contest on 99designs.com

#5.) Just got back from getting my teef all cleaned up. I know you are supposed to go twice a year so I kinda find it strange that I only put to go 3 times within almost 3 years. However, up until I made the list, I couldn't even remember the last time I got them cleaned.
#14.) Also grabbed a little supper with Poppa dukes at Ruby Tuesday

#36.) I have been home no less than an hour from Las Vegas. Honestly I might have been there too long. Eventually everything blends into the same thing and you have seen it all. I am glad I stayed a few extra days because it worked out where after drew left, my bestest buddy in the whole wide world showed up and chilled for a night.
#93.) Las Vegas is a big U.S. city that I just visited. At least 2 more to go.
#41.) While in the airport and waiting in a Vegas buffet for 7 hours I was able to finish the last two of my grandfather's books that I have not read yet:
- With Camera and Cane
- To the Four Corners
#69.) After being a devoted 311 fan since maybe 96', I finally made it out to a 311 Day! It did make me realize why people into Star Wars love going to those crazy conventions. Just rocking a 311 shirt there and every fan would call it out and unite.
I will be honest and say I was semi-disappointed. 311 did the same concert they would have done had they been playing any other show except this one was over 5 hours long. There were a few circus-like acts during breaks butt nothing exciting on the stage. Nick did his usual and now too repetitive 3 questions asking the fans 'how they are doing out there' every 4 songs or so. There wasn't even any confetti at the end which pissed me off. The set list was pretty solid butt nothing over the top-one song from Omaha Sessions and that was about the only surprise. Nick's opening was that they had a lot of surprises in store for us. It did surprise me the fact that it was the same show they have been playing since 97' with a few more songs. Maybe they will catch a buzz about the let down here and step it up in 2012.
